Darth Marr is the mysterious leader of the reconstructed Sith empire, about nothing is known of this figure except that he was a human and very cruel, to his opponents. He quite democratises for a Sith and is willing to have a truce. He also really powerful, gaining his title at a young age(for a Sith) History: Not much is known about Marr except he became a member of the Dark council at a young age(early 20s) and became dark lord of the Sith by 30 years of age. When the time was right he started the conquest of the Republic as ordered by the emperors voice. Not much is known about Darth Malgus except two things, he tried to make his own Sith empire against the reconstructed Sith empire and lead the Sith during the sacking of Corusaunt during the first Republic/Reconstructed Sith empire war. Stormtroopers were the specialised super infantry troops of the empire, Separate from the Mudtrooper corps and the Bogan-troopers they specialise in ending insurgencies for the galactic empire and most are loyal to the empire. Stormtroopers were the successors of the Clone troopers as the military troopers of the galactic empire. Though many first gen stormtroopers were former clone troopers by the time of the empire they were mostly citizens of the empire who weren't clones. Despite their reputation they mostly have a hard time against the Rebel alliance, they weren't built for insurgents like them.
